During the last few months we have been watching a rapid evolution of private Tibia servers. Quality of OTS’s quickly increased as well as involvement of hosters in their servers. A few really good projects with unique map and gameplay were started. For a lot of young people hosting an OTS became a job and they benefited from having their own server.

Nowadays 300 players online on a single server is no suprise to otservlist users. Creation and administration of such server can be quite a challenge!

The bad times are over now! I finally fixed a script to detect and ban cheating servers! It was not working properly and banned some innocent servers lately. I’m very sorry for that and i can promise you that this won’t happen anymore!

I’ve added 2 new fields to the otservlist.org: Exp Rate & World Type! I hope that this will help some people to find the proper servers for them. I’ve also optimized a huge part of the serverlist and due that the site will load faster!

We have a great news for all owners of banned servers! First time in 3 years history of otservlist.org we have decided to UNBAN ALL banned servers! You were silly but you have learnt a lesson and now you will not cheat, right? Ok! Here is your second chance!

We have also changed the way we collect information from “The Forgotten Server”. This distribution has some bugs in returning information about the server and because of that a lot of servers has been banned! It’s fixed now :)! Have fun!
